Chef attended culinary school at the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, LA. He has worked throughout the Southern Region specializing in Southern cuisine and Creole cooking. Chef is also one of the most artistic chefs in our region specializing in the art of ice carving, vegetable carvings and masterful displays of culinary perfection. Chef also finds time to give back to the community by volunteering his time by instructing classes at a local vo-tech school, SOWELA technical institution, elementary schools, and high schools. He's also involved in presenting cooking demos throughout the state. Chef James has also competed in various culinary competitions with multiple first place finishes.
