The festival committee will review all applications as they are received (at several meetings throughout the year) and will notify applicants by letter regarding participation.  Much care is being taken to ensure that there is a variety of food options for festival guests.  The festival reserves rights on all beverage sales.    
APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION

Once accepted, booth space (10' x 10') will cost $200 for both days -- due within 30 days of receiving
Letter of Acceptance.
Vendor will provide tent, table(s), chairs and all supplies needed
